The exhausted body craves for something which simply energise and boosts our energy level. Tea and coffee are the most demanded beverages which comes to the rescue of someone. Tea is derived from tea leaves which undergo various processes before it’s ready for consumption. The kind of processing a tea leaf is subjected to determine the quality of tea. Black tea, green tea, white tea and so on are some of the varieties of tea which are used for consumption. Every kind has its own speciality and health benefits. Tea leaves are basically cultivated on the hill plantations where it gets all the necessary geographic conditions. Basically, there exists two types of coffee-Robusta and Arabica. The coffee bean goes through series of processes before being converted into powder. It includes harvesting, picking, sorting, processing, hulling, polishing, cleaning, sorting and grading, exporting, tasting and finally roasting. After these, the coffee which is served comes in different varieties namely, mocha, espresso, latte, cappuccino, Americano, caramel and so on. The quality of coffee depends upon the roasting and blending of coffee beans. This completely depends on the roaster and blender who put them in different packages for direct sale. Without tea and coffee, it becomes almost impossible to survive and sustain in this exhaustive world. To re-energise and revitalise ourselves, finest quality of beverage is the thing which we yearn.
